1. What data I collect

The only personal data this website collects is through the contact form, where you may share:

Email address or phone number
Message

I do not collect payment data, health data, or any other sensitive information through this website.

2. How I use your data

Data shared through the contact form is used solely to reply to your message and, if you wish, to schedule a session. It is not used for commercial purposes nor shared with third parties, except the technical processor of the form (see point 4).

3. Legal basis

The processing of contact form data is based on your consent, expressed by submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

4. Third parties involved

Formspree — the contact form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), which temporarily receives data in order to forward it to my email. Formspree acts as a data processor and is subject to its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website may use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors navigate the site. These cookies are only activated with your explicit consent, via the banner shown on your first visit.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymous data such as: pages visited, time on site, approximate location and device type. This data does not identify you personally.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or declining via the banner.

6. How long I keep your data

Contact form data is kept only for as long as necessary to respond to your request, typically up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.
